2023 UPDATE: The Monhegan School Committee agreed on January 30, 2023 to allow the schoolhouse to be used during the summer 2023 break for non-school
activities listed in the Schoolhouse Rental Policy (Use of the Schoolhouse KFB) and approved by the Superintendent.
A request form is available by scrolling to the top of this page.
Use of the School's front yard by island organizations is possible on a case by case basis. See "School Grounds Use" under the "Community" tab above for info.
The School Committee thanks you advance for your flexibility, in the event that unanticipated educational needs, maintenance work, and/or pandemic circumstances require the school to work with you on new arrangements.
